President

Mr. Corral is the owner and president of International Eagle Enterprises Inc. Over the course of his 40-year career, he has built a trusted name in Texas and made Eagle Construction a leader in road construction. His commitment to excellence and deep understanding of estimating, scheduling, and project management are unmatched in the industry.

Joshua Fematt

Vice President

Joshua Fematt has served as the company's vice president since 2009. He is also the Director of Operations, overseeing all projects and developing strategies to adhere to project excellence, schedules, and profitability. His educational background in entrepreneur studies, experience, tenacity, and dedication are crucial in executing the company's vision and achieving company goals.

Ruby Corral

Secretary

Ruby Corral has served as Secretary/Treasurer since 2013. Ms. Corral oversees administrative aspects of the company, including preparation of bid documents, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Marcos Molina

General Manager

Marcos Molina has been with Eagle Construction for over 15 years and currently serves as the company’s general manager. He oversees both the office team and all operations related to the planning and execution of company projects. With expertise in construction management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, Mr. Molina ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and quality standards.
